1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revestor (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revestor is a rental property finance tracking and documentation application operated by AtInfinite LLC. The Service helps users organize income, expenses, receipts, and activity hours for their rental properties, and generate export packages for tax preparation purposes.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Credits

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription or the purchase of AI credits. Subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat via Apple App Store or direct web payment. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

5. No Tax or Legal Advice

Revestor is a record-keeping and documentation tool. It does not provide professional legal, tax, or investment advice. The Service does not guarantee any specific tax outcome, audit result, or deduction eligibility. The accuracy of your records depends on the information you provide. You are solely responsible for verifying your data and consulting a qualified tax professional before making filing decisions. We are not liable for any losses, penalties, or adverse outcomes resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

6. AI-Powered Features

Certain in-app features use AI (powered by Google Gemini under Revestor’s API contract) to process receipts, categorize transactions, and provide general informational responses. AI outputs are suggestions and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before relying on it for tax or financial decisions.

Optional AI connectors let you authorize Claude, ChatGPT, or a similar assistant to request Revestor record data and optionally propose new time, mileage, or expense rows. Proposed rows stay pending until you Accept them in Revestor; the assistant cannot write to your books in one shot. For paid plans reads can include bounded line items such as property addresses, time-log hours and descriptions, transaction amounts/categories/notes, mileage purpose, and stored depreciation values for tax years your plan allows. Free accounts share counts and bare property IDs only. Revestor connector output is records and status only, not professional advice. Responses those products generate are governed by their terms. You are responsible for what you ask those products to do, for their accuracy, and for their treatment of data under their terms. Disconnecting a connector in Revestor stops new access; it does not retract information already stored in the other product.

AI connectors are not a separate paid product. Access follows your Revestor plan or account tier. We do not sell subscriptions or credits inside Claude or ChatGPT.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. We do not claim ownership over your financial records, receipts, or property information. You may export your data at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtInfinite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to tax penalties, missed deductions, or audit outcomes.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AtInfinite LLC is incorporated.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
